The Cadet Leadership Academy officially welcomed Class 03-2026 on March 7, 2026. Recruits began the day with an orientation session where academy instructors reviewed the expectations, guidelines and standards that will shape their experience throughout the program. The orientation provided an opportunity for recruits to understand the structure of the academy and the level of discipline and commitment required moving forward.
Following orientation, recruits were issued their physical training (PT) attire, marking the begining of their transition into the academy environment. With uniforms in hand, the class moved straight into their first PT session. The workout served as an introduction to the physical standards of the program and challenged recruits to begin building the endurance, teamwork, and resilience that will be essential throughout the academy.
Day one set the tone for the weeks ahead- focused on discipline, accountability, and personal growth. Class 03-2026 is officially underway, and these recruits are taking their first steps toward developing the leadership skills and character that define the Cadet Leadership Academy.
