Week 12 marked the final day Class 03-2026 spent at the Cadet Leadership Academy. After 12 weeks of hard work, discipline, and dedication, the recruits are now just days away from graduation. On June 13, they will officially complete their academy journey and take the next step as Cadets.
To celebrate the occasion, the recruits participated in one of the academy’s most cherished traditions- The Pride Run. Carrying their guidons and divisional flags, recruits ran through the community while singing cadences and proudly representing their class. The Pride Run is an opportunity for recruits to showcase the unity, pride, and camaraderie they have built throughout the academy.
Following the run, recruits enjoyed a day filled with fun and friendly competition. Activities included life size connect 4, Jenga, soccer, cornhole, musical chairs, and many other games. A live DJ kept the energy high with music throughout the celebration, creating a memorable atmosphere for everyone in attendance.
Recruits were also treated to lunch courtesy of the Youth Programs Unit, who provided a catered lunch with the Carl’s Jr. Truck.
While week 12 was filled with fun and celebration, it was also a reflection of the commitments, perseverance, and determination that these recruits have demonstrated over the past several months. Each challenge they faced helped prepare them for this moment,
